I'll speak at RubyConf 2009 . My presentation is " Making Ruby a Bazaar Project ".
I think Ruby must be more bazaar. But Ruby is not. There must be many reasons. A large reason is the language barrier between English and Japanese. So I will talk about some important topics which the Ruby core team now have, in English. Ruby needs your help. So I will talk about what you can do for Ruby.
